Methods to clean your pads: • Rinse in cold water until the pad runs clean/ Soak in a bucket with a lid for 20 to 30 minutes. (Optional: add a spoonful of salt). • Rub the pad with soap and leave it to soak for about 10 minutes. • Hand wash or use a delicate machine wash cycle in cold water. • Rinse and hang to dry Directions To wear your Aaylah pad, simply place it on your underwear with the part of grey T-shirt part within your skin, then fold the wings around the bottom of the underwear and fasten the snap button.
