An absolute must-have for getting the best results from your Angelus Paint. This is a product that gets leather deglazed and ready for customising by safely breaking down the factory finishes that usually hinder adhesion. This product is specially formulated for use on leather and contains additives that make it easier to use and less harmful than pure acetone/nail polish remover, which can corrode your painting surface. This is one of our favourites for prepping leather shoes for customising.
Directions:
1. Prep is the most important step in ensuring the best, longest-lasting results.
2. Apply some Leather Preparer & Deglazer to a clean rag or cotton pad.
3. Using the rag or cotton pad, rub the surface you wish to paint, applying a bit of pressure, but not pressing too hard. A general rule of thumb is to make 2-3 passes, or to rub until the surface becomes tacky. If you're uncertain, make one more pass to be safe. Leave to dry for at least 2 minutes.
4. Your surface is ready to be painted!
Warning:
Avoid using on vinyl and plastics. Keep out of reach of children. Use in a well-ventilated area. Extremely flammable.
