three of the 6 packs were damaged and all teh gas leaked from teh sparkling water

The product is so good and makro is quick on delivering thank you so much

Bottles are sealed but is leaking water. Some bottles are not full.

The water has a smell that smells like the water is off! I contacted Aquelle for them to investigate!

I often purchase AQuelle and recently the quaIity has changed, specifically in the sparkling water. With this promo of buying the 6 packs (1.5 litters) ,I have found that 2 / 6 bottles had no gas in them once opened, not even a gas sound when unscrewing the lid off

It’s supposed to be sparkling but it’s all flat. Never happened before. I’m not sure if it’s a bad batch. I’ll make a video and save it for reference. Aqualla is normally good and I’ve never had a problem before. It’s like drinking still water now. I’m very disappointed.

Bought the sparkling water and it doesn’t have any fizz and it has an aftertaste(picture leaving your sparkling water in the fridge for a week after you opened it and then drinking it) but this is what it taste like when “fresh” and just opened … disappointed as I always loved Aquella sparkling spring water as it had a nice fizz and didn’t have any crappy aftertaste but will be looking to change my brand now
