    Smartphone view not working as advertised

    What app do I download to view on my smartphone remotely. The link is not working. The we code that is supposed to direct me to the app says “device does not exist”. So I cannot view the surveillance remotely. This is really disappointing as remote viewing was the main reason for buying this system. The DVR must be faulty (factory fault)
