Adjustable ‘U’ Bar Toggle Clamp with Flanged Base, designed to deliver fast, secure and repeatable clamping for fabrication, welding and general engineering applications. The robust U-shaped bar allows precise adjustment to suit varying workpiece sizes, while the flanged base provides stable, reliable mounting to fixtures, jigs, and worktables. Rapid clamping and unclamping minimise machine and operator down-time across all stages of production, improving throughput and consistency in batch work or one-off setups. Model AV90-FA is supplied with a side flange for flexible mounting in restricted or vertical locations, while all other FA models feature flat flanges for traditional horizontal base mounting. Handle movement is just 60°, enabling quick actuation even in tight spaces and making it ideal for repetitive production tasks.
