    • Adults and children 12 years and over: 10 ml every 4 hours, up to 4 times a day. Children 6 to 12 years: 5 ml every 4 hours, up to 4 times a day. Children 2 to 6 years: 2.5 ml every 4 hours, up to 4 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

    Usage Description
    • Shake the bottle well before use. Measure the dose using the dosing cup provided. Take the dose with a glass of water.
    Side Effects
    • Guaifenesin may cause the following side effects: nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, and diarrhea. Menthol may cause the following side effects: burning sensation, irritation, and allergic reactions.
    How it Works
    • Guaifenesin works by thinning and loosening mucus (phlegm) in the airways, making it easier to cough up. Menthol produces a cooling sensation and has local anesthetic and decongestant properties.
