Cleaning & Care Instructions
✅ Before first use:
Wash the casserole and lid with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth.
Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
For best results, lightly coat the interior marble surface with cooking oil and wipe off any excess to condition the non-stick layer.
✅ After each use:
Allow the pan to cool before cleaning. Avoid placing a hot pan directly under cold water to prevent warping.
Wash with warm, mild soapy water and a soft sponge.
Do not use abrasive sponges, steel wool, or harsh scouring powders, as these can damage the marble non-stick coating and the metallic exterior finish.
For stubborn food residues, soak briefly in warm soapy water before gently wiping clean.
✅ Dishwasher use:
The casserole is technically dishwasher safe; however, to preserve the brilliance of its metallic exterior color and the longevity of its marble coating, handwashing is strongly recommended.
✅ Storage tips:
Store carefully to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. If stacking with other cookware, place a soft cloth or paper towel between pans.
✅ Use & Safety:
Suitable for all stovetops, including induction.
Avoid cooking sprays, as they can leave a sticky residue on the non-stick coating.
Use only wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils to protect the marble coating.
Do not overheat when empty, as this may damage the non-stick layer and the induction base.
✅ Glass lid care:
Clean the tempered glass lid with mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
Avoid exposing the lid to sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking.
✅ General maintenance:
Periodically check and tighten the handle screws if needed.
Regularly inspect for signs of wear on the non-stick surface, replacing the pan if the coating becomes significantly scratched or damaged.
