Wash the pan thoroughly with warm water and a mild dishwashing detergent. Rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth. Condition the non-stick surface: Lightly coat the interior with a small amount of cooking oil (e.g., vegetable or canola oil) using a paper towel. Gently heat the pan over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool, then wipe off any excess oil. This vital step helps prolong the life and effectiveness of the non-stick coating. After Each Use: Always allow the pan to cool completely before cleaning.
