I purchased the Water Dispenser - the tap is leaking . . .

I like the containers, I bought 2 of them. The first is perfect, but the second one I got with scratch marks which also looks dirty. I am still trying to get the second one to not leak at all at the fitting where the water flows through. I turned it really tight but it’s still not sealing 100%. I will empty the container and try to loosen and tighten the fitting again and hopefully that will them seal tight enough so that now water leaks through.
