    Blue Spot 7 Year Old Cask Strength, a premium Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey produced by Mitchell & Son in collaboration with the Midleton Distillery. It is matured for at least seven years in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels, ex-Sherry butts, and Portuguese Madeira casks, then bottled non-chill filtered at its natural cask strength. It is celebrated for its complex profile, characterized by bright tropical fruit notes like pineapple and kiwi, balanced with warming pot still spices, toasted hazelnuts, and a long, nutty finish.
