I am very disappointed, forever saying battery low ,even after charging it

I had the speaker delivered two days ago. I'm not happy at all. I charged the speaker upon unboxing it because after pairing it notified that it was flat, but after charging and switching it back on... Barely four songs later, it was flat and required charging. Now on day three , I charged it for ample time and despite this four songs later it was flat again. I need to return it because clearly I have wasted my money
