Broke after one year, the part plus labour costs almost as much as the price I paid. Really unimpressed with the service offerred by Bosch. Unit itself was never very impressive, leaves parts of carrots unblended no matter how long you leave it on.

Simple design. Good quality materials. Powerful. Don't like lid - difficult to open.

My Bosch blender efficiently deals with the requirements for making almond milk. However, I find the lid to be hard to remove.
