Awful smell
I think the product sent to me has decayed or was opened before. Customer support was unhelpful which is such a shame because I’ve been a big supporter of cosrx for several years now.

Great Balance
This is a very gentle BHA compared to others you might think to use (Paula's Choice, etc.) as it both works to prevent excess oil and penetrate pores deeply, as BHA is oil soluble, to help prevent and treat blackheads WHILE it is hydrating and soothing. I have never had irritation from this product! With my sensitive, acne-prone, combo skin, that's a huge win!

Actually Works
This actually does the job. I have extremely oily skin and blackheads all over my nose that felt impossible to get rid of. I would regularly exfoliate and use other products, but this one actually got rid of them. I use it consistently on a daily basis

I've only been using for a few days, but I already see some results! It doesn't feel too stressful on my skin and my pores and blackheads look smaller. I look forward to more improvement when I have used for a bit longer. I would recommend giving this a try for stubborn blackheads.

I used it and got red rashes on my face. I also applied it multiple times to the blackheads on my nose, but I didn’t see any reduction—they are still the same. It had no effect.
