These watercolors are beautiful and does the job for me.I'm no artist by far,but love to do my own abstract and color.I'm 63 years old and this keeps me occupied and to focus on my concentration.Thank you wal-mart for excellent service and delivery

Love this inexpensive set. Shades are great as is texture.

Tiene are the wosrt watercolor, grainy, hard yo mismo, low pogment load. My son 's kinder materialeare beber. They are student quality and a poor one at that. Save your money, buy something else

The price and quality is Great!!

This paint is low quality. Sure it will work for a child, but the paint is granular, flows poorly, mixes poorly, and lacks vibrancy. The same company makes both an artist grade and student grade (Aquafine) watercolor paint that are very good though. Moreover, when you buy a kit like this, you end up with tubes of watercolor that artists seldom use. Black, white, and yellow ocher are not colors typically used in watercolor. These are pretty good paints, however there aren't the vibrant ones I thought. Just the basics. But for the price, it really can't be beat. Thanks!

paint is vibrant enough but it's sticky and doesn't mix well at all; even when adding water it is still 'chunky'. I'd only get these for kids just beginning to paint. If it were more than $10 it wouldn't be worth it.

not artist quality but fun to learn with. squeezed out and dried in palette without cracking, re wet like normal. not artist pigments I'm sure, so they will fade with time. slightly chalky when dry but still they paint surprisingly well. if use a lot of water in a well it sometimes acts like a jello, assume plenty of glycerin in this set.

don't mix well and leave patches of color on paper. okay to paint for learning but not a good quality.
