Fridge was dented, one freezer tray cracked. Delivery guys were very illiterate and unprofessional. Had to lodge several complaints, send emails, plus physical visit to branch to arrange new one. Makro online shopping supposed to be easy and stress free?? Will never ever buy from Makro again.

Very impressed with the product, it has a lot of shelf space and is working well. It fits neatly into the kitchen. It is managing to keep everything cold, and frozen despite the 6 hour stint of load shedding. Delivery was prompt and extremely efficient. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.
