I bought this machine on the 4th of November. I tried to use it on the day it got delivered and it was leaking. It’s the 28tb of November and I still haven’t been contacted back about getting it exchanged and refunded. I have a useless machine taking up space in my apartment and the only emails I’m getting are “we have escalated this” at this point, I’m expecting God Himself to contact me because surely it’s reached Heaven by now.

Starting leaking at the back after 3 weeks of purchase

The machine was delivered and it's faulty. I have had no joy with getting the machine collected and my money refunded. The call center just keeps you on the line and no response on email. So I sit with a Faulty washing machine.

This washing machine is the worst thing one could buy. I bought it in August and it was delivered in September. I only used it twice then it started leaking. I reported it and a Defy Technician came to fix it twice but I'm still stuck with a leaking machine that's not working. I requested to have the machine exchanged or my money refunded since repairing it is a problem but I haven't succeeded in that.

Baught the washing machines online. It did not come with the accessories. I had to visit Makro twice as they gave me the wrong water pipes. The online experience was poor and service not up to standards.

I love how it occupies just a little space in my bathroom because my space is really limited. It is also big enough for my family of 4, washing only twice a week. It's quick, and washes accurately and perfectly no mess no stress. Makro delivered within 2 days, and it was ready to use. Everything in good condition. I love it and would buy this one again...

So I purchased this item online and it was delivered 24 hours later to my apartment HOWEVER I did not receive the correct attachments for the machine .ie. I received only one wastage pipe instead of 2 and had to purchase it separately which was an extra cost.

So far so good. Doesn’t properly clean clothes……..

Got exactly what I expected..works perfectly well!Love it for myself,thank you Makro❤️
