Happy with Makro, not so happy with Defy
Purchase and delivery was smooth. However the actual item had the two small plates wiring swopped around.

Defy really disappoint this time.
The stove is not of good quality dont even have the stove for more then a month and the plate are burnt the inside burnt like cheap zink. The inside look worse everytime we bake something in the oven. My previous slim line stove is much better quality and I bought it at Game a few years back

Poor after sale service
The plastic rat cover is broken and when it spins, it sounds like a plain taking off. That cant be normal. I mailed Makro to no avail.
