Worthless
I bought this Iron with the notion that since Defy is a reputable brand and it produces quality products,the iron would match up to the standard.The iron was working perfectly for the first one month after it started not heating up on the plate,I plug the iron in but it's ice cold.I was really disappointed 😞 since their microwaves and fridges are working perfectly well.

What a lovely Iron it was for two months, on my third month it just went off while ironing, my heart broke cos I really loved it

Unsatisfactory
It stopped working after a month, never dropped it, never left it turned on for prolonged periods but it stopped working.

Useless product
every item I have ironed using this has been burnt or stained, it sticks to everything when hot, and doesn't iron properly on medium heat
