Shake the catalyst (Part B) before adding it to Part A. Mix well with a flat stirrer or stick. If needed, de-air the mixture in a vacuum chamber for 2-3 minutes. Curing and Post-Curing: For best results, allow the mold to air cure at ambient temperature (up to 50 C) for 24 hours before use. Post-cure the mold for an additional 4 hours at 65 C to eliminate residual moisture and alcohol. Health & Safety: Work in a well-ventilated area. Wear safety glasses, long sleeves, and nitrile rubber gloves. Avoid latex gloves, as they may interfere with the curing process. Storage: Keep the silicone resin and catalyst in securely closed containers during transport and storage. Clean molds with soap solution before storing.
