I was a bit hesitant ordering the pots. They are very light weight and the knobs feels a bit cheaply made. HOWEVER once assembled I took the large pot for a test drive and it really blew me away. It is almost as if the heating works it way up gradually and regulates the temperature. Other pots would just start boiling right away.
