The brightness adjuster (rheostat) is finicky. Randomly switches on and off. The box itself had a bit of mold on it on opening! Needed cleaning before use, but at least it was easy to clean.

You have to set a timer on your phone for a proper picture, the remote doesn’t have the button for “free hand” thingie (don’t know what to call it lol) but over all, great product.

I was excited to receive the light box and the delivery service was very good. However, I was disappointed that three of the thin plastic background sheets had been folded in half. I cannot get the fold line out of them which defeats the purpose of a continuous background. I had to purchase a new white one separately.

Good quality product for the price, but the plugs are American plugs so you need to buy an adapter for each light.
