    • Take Disprin with a full glass of water.

    How it Works
    • Paracetamol is a centrally acting analgesic and antipyretic. It acts by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which is responsible for the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are involved in the transmission of pain signals to the brain and in the regulation of body temperature.
