How to do apply Brow Lift Step 1: Slightly bend the spoolie of your Brow Lift Applicator and use the spoolie to brush out your eyebrows. Step 2: Dip spoolie into the Brow Lift and brush the spoolie through your brows directing hairs upwards and outwards for a fluffy, lifted look. Step 3: Use the spatula end of the applicator to flatten the brow hair in the same direction for a laminated look that stays put. Let dry for 60 seconds. Step 4: Fill in sparse areas of your brows with our Ultra Precise Brow Pencil. *Please be sure to tighten cap when closing the product to prevent dry-out.
