    Thread mismatch of filter to dispenser.

    These water filters does not fit the Elegance water dispenser - seems like the thread is out of kilter. Also, it does not contain the material circled filters that it used to. There was no warning or indication that it only fits a newer version of the Elegance dispenser, which is an assumptionon my side.

    Product didn’t have filters contained previously

    This product previously came with 2 white and 1 charcoal material filters and this time around there was nothing. Extremely disappointed as that is the first step of the filtering process.

    So expensive

    I agree that it was first bought with the bottle with the black and white felt filters. It is also never available in store but I eventually managed to order online but without felt filters. It also costs more than twice as much as the Sunbeam filter, why?
