The concept is great. The bands were tighter than expected and it was difficult for a 14-month-old to push the pieces through; we needed to give them a head start.

My 9 month old granddaughter loves this. She could immediately push the shapes through the sides with the strings only going one way, and after a little more practice could pull them out. She loves shaking it and pushes other toys into it that will fit. When we put it up last night it was full to the brim with toys. She doesn't even touch the sides with the criss cross strings, she figured out on the first day that the other sides were much easier. Very well made. The strings are stretch but ...

Does what it?s supposed to do....stimulates, activates and keeps my guy busy for a few minutes until I can figure out the next thing.

My 14 month old is at the stage of pulling out objects and learning to put objects away, so this is a perfect toy to support her development. Even the 4 year old is having fun with it!
