works as advertised, I have been using it for a month now, I gave it a 4 star because I wouldn't recommend it for someone with a big house as it is a small mop and would be tiring for big rooms. Great product!

Useless mop
The mop can't be pushed down to spin anymore, making it of no use to me. Only had it a few months.

Worthless
I regret buying this, it does not squeeze the water out of the mop. Consequently it does not dry the floor properly. i do not recommend.
