I bought this stove a month ago and it all of a sudden started tripping my power, filed for a repair and a week later still no response from the shop, a poorly designed product made to break easily and I'm also appalled by the customer service. Buy a better brand and save yourselves the heartache.

It's working but at first when you hear up the plates they gave us a strong chemical smell and I had chest problems imagine now I had to seat out the house

The most oven does not switch both sides and on at the same time..
