If you still encounter issues after completing installation per the user manual, please troubleshoot in the following order. Before troubleshooting, please turn off all Bluetooth devices and Bluetooth signal jammers in your home. The console must be powered via a standard 5V2A power plug connected to a wall outlet. Fast charging adapters, TV USB ports, and power banks are strictly prohibited for power supply.
If the console indicator does not light up, try replacing the data cable or power plug.
If there is no signal on the TV, first switch to the corresponding HDMI input source. During troubleshooting, keep only the power cable connected to the TV. Once the console lights up, test with a replacement HDMI cable.
If the TV shows a black screen after installation, remove the memory card from the console, wipe its gold contacts, reinsert it properly and retry.
If the controller flashes red and green and fails to connect:
For a single faulty controller: briefly press the MODE button and wait, install batteries for this controller separately, and repeatedly reinsert the batteries and Bluetooth adapter to try again.
For both controllers failing to connect: install batteries for one controller at a time and complete pairing sequentially.
Please ensure the controllers have sufficient battery power during all operations. If problems persist after the above attempts, please contact us.
