A sweet, clean and crisp Sauvignon Blanc
The Groote Post Seasalter is a very easy drinking wine for fine dining or for refreshment after a hot summer's day. From Darling, it is supposed to have some minerality but that is very subtle compared to its sweat fruity flavour. Crisp and refreshing when drunk cold as intended.
