No after sale support
The fridge was delivered on the 27th I called Makro on Tuesday to inform them am not happy with the product's size and would like to return it and buy a bigger fridge.
I received an assurance that it would be collected. I am now on the 07 March with no feedback. Am concerned that they may say they cannot take it back anymore

My Hisense freezer..
Definitely love my fridge it's working like a charm.. Perfect temperature and very easy to move around when cleaning the kitchen.Very spacious as well and I don't have any complaints regarding it.. Love the colour too and it fits perfectly in my kitchen..... We are really satisfied with the product and would definitely purchase another hisense item from Makro.

This is a decent sized fridge for one person.
It is a bit loud at times but it does stop after a while.
The delivery was quick and it was delivered four floors up.
The fridge did not have any dents when it was delivered.
I am happy with this product so far.

Good product
Very happy, looks like it does in the picture. The colour is a great dark grey. The fridge works well and the storage space was just right. The fridge has soft wheels or something at the bottom which allows it to glide smoothly but also stay in place securely

The Fridge was delivered fast and is in good condition. It works extremely well and is good on the electricity consumption. I would definitely recommend this fridge to anyone interested in getting it. The cooling system is strong, thus making it easy to keep foods nice and cool.
