I received this printer and it was super easy to set up and begin printing. I made a copy of one of my reports and couldn't tell the difference from the original to copy. The speed of copying and printing is super fast. Unfortunately doesn't come with USB cable.

I want to return this and get the other HP one as it’s not working properly

I am so excited about my new HP LJ Pro MFP 4101fdw! I was a little nervous about doing the install myself as I usually have IT do that part, but I pulled the printer out of the box connected it to my computer, opened the HP Smart app and voila! This printer is great. It was fast and easy to set up which is great for those of us who don't know much about electronics these days. It's fast and does so many things. Takes up less space than our old printer too. I love it!

Followed all the (confusing) instructions and am unable to get the printer to find, and sign in to the network, despite having the correct password, the printer being 3' from the computer and the router within 10'.

This is the perfect front office printer for our reception area. Compact and easy to use. I recommend purchasing the XL printer cartridge to take advantage of the added value in copying/printing capacity.
