I bought this HP product vs a cheap knockoff
So far pleased with hp products since buying my first lap top in year 2000. Bought an hp laser jet and lately a wireless hp printer. Don't want any problems so decided to buy an HP replacement cartridge vs a much cheaper knock off. This printer has been great and cartridge seemly lasts for ever.

Convenient and quick service!!
When my printer ran low on toner, HP's software let me know it was time to replace my cartridge and gave me the option of ordering it direct from them._x000D_

What a convenience, no need to try to find the correct cartridge, because the printer tells them and the shipping was very speedy!

Toner Cartridge, CF283A
I installed my current cartridge 11/7/2019. I'm disappointed with it only lasting this long before getting light streaks on the printed page. It is far from the advertised 1500 pages per cartridge. I haven't gone through 2 reams of paper yet and am experience this problem.

The first one was defective. HP wouldn't replace it until I sent it back. So, my printer still isn't working as the replacement has yet to arrive a week after the bad one was shipped out.

Disappointing print quality.
The ink is very light. There is no difference in quality between this new toner and the low toner cartridge that was replaced. The printer could not authenticate the toner. Disappointing.
