This is the 4th cartridge in a row that fails to authenticate. The cartridges print great, even though they do not seem to last as long as they used to (and I am actually printing less). I use the Econ settings for everything except for things that have to look really good. I took off 1 star due to not authenticating and 1 star for getting noticeably less printing. I have used aftermarket cheap refill toner cartridges the colors never just there after purchasing a set of the HP ones which cost a little bit more money I found that the little bit more money was a money well spent as the photos and pictures that I can print are just out of this world
