Printer head acting up the moment I got it. Wasting a brand new XL inkcartridge. HP is not answering me and unaccountable.

Still have streaked & missing black ink!!!
My black printouts were streaked and blank in places, so after repeatedly cleaning the printhead, I decided I needed a new one. But, about every 3rd page the black ink still streaks or does not print in spots. It seems to be on the top area most of the time. I don't know what to do. It's an HP Officejet Pro 8500A and all the other colors work fine. It's just the black ink.
