The Printhead works well, but this is a 2nd time.
The printhead works well, but this is the second time I had to replace it. The replacement 3 print heads cost me more than I paid for the original printer. They should last longer. Thanks.

Product did not work.
Printer error message said I needed to replace Black and Yellow print head. I replaced it with the HP 940 Black and Yellow Original Printhead I ordered. However, I continued to get the same error message. The new printhead did not work. I returned the defective new printhead to HP Shopping. I am waiting to get confirmation that I have received credit for return
