I bought these a while ago. While the printheads work well, they are very expensive. Buying a new printer would only have cost a little more.

This printhead has failed already. It does not get used heavily or often. I went to use it today and it was identified as a problem. Please send a replacement.

I bought this to get my printer up and running again. It was easy to install. There was no mess. Functional test was quick. It arrived within 2 days because I order on the weekend and during Christmas season. I now have great quality prints. They even sent me an envelop to return the printheads.

Not sure about giving this rating. HP only let's you buy certain products for their printers so you HAVE to BUY a CERTAIN Product. It came over night no extra charge which I give EXCELEENT! I used a coupon on retailmenot.com and it was accepted. When, I had to get this officejet because the other HP printer broke down on me, the warranty entitled me to have another printer. Sad to say, I wasn't told that I had to purchase ink cartridges AND printheads which made it more expensive printer. And...

I wasn't able to print anything legible, and after running diagnostics on the printer, I ordered a replacement black/yellow printhead. I had my doubts, and was concerned about spending so much for a part I wasn't sure would fix the problem, but it worked! I'm now able to print with quality resolution once again.

I thought I was going to have to throw away and replace my printer which I had been happy with. Replacing the printhead was simple and easy and completely solved the problem. Glad I went to the website and troubleshot the problem.

The representative was helpful in diagnosing the problem and making a recommendation. The 21-day return policy, no questions asked, was reassuring.

I had a problem with printing. The black was intermittent and unreadable. I could never really identify what the problem was with the troubleshooting in my software. I just took a shot and ordered the printheads. Installation was simple, just like installing an ink refill. If it didn't fix the problem I would buy a new printer. The printer ran a printhead alighnment automatically and problem solved. I have had the printer about three years.

Avoid HP products. When the warranty expires they sell you supplies but screen you from asking any questions about problems with the parts you just purchased. “Find a user group” is the extent of support.

This printhead fixed our problems, thank goodness. It took us a little while to realize it was the printhead and not the cartridges causing us problems. It was easy to change, and it worked.
