The Ink Cartridge itself is fine, as it should be, but HP's refusal to give information on the recycling of the product amounts to misinformation, as it proclaims its commitment to recycling.
Numerous questions asked on different sites resulted in zero replies. A large company may well have "a scheme" but, for the individual purchaser, nothing, although Free Return Labels are mentioned. Why are those not included in each new package sent out?
It seems that sales are the sole interes...

Bought to replace one when a message said " low ink,very satisfied

Having tried this cartridge in my new printer, the printer would not recognise it. I placed a “support” call and under guidance tried various things all to no avail. The “support” agent suggested the cartridge was faulty and therefore sent a replacement.
