Ink finished within a week. I have hardly printed anything. Disappointed!

I bought this printer 2 days back, but unfortunately this does not have automatic duplex printing option, this had manual duplex printing, sorry for myself should have checked it before purchase.

Great product. Makro didn't waste any time after placing my order. It was ready for collection in day-2 or 3.

Yesterday i brought not able to scan on both side. i think the printer not supported for it

I agree with most of the negative reviews. I'm particularly frustrated the toner has low yield. I hardly ever use the printer. Print always to draft, save ink settings. All the print is text, no pictures. I put in a new cartridge about 6 weeks ago and now its finished. I want a refund or exchange the printer.

The scanning can not set to Black & White only to Gray and Colour. Black & White scanning files is smaller - if you have to upload documents to SARS ect you have a problem where the upload files is limited._x000D_
Samsung Black & White scanning files is smaller. Maybe HP can do a software upgrade but we all know that will not happen._x000D_
The printer works well _x000D_
If you need to scan and submite documents where you are limited on file size I will not recommend this Printer....
