I bought this toner cartridge online for my mother, who is near 90 and not PC-proficient. Her use of a printer is only occasional so I've yet to install the new cartridge, as the old one still has toner it it. A message came up on the screen one day that she was running low on toner, so I ordered a new cartridge for her, but it could be a while before it goes into the printer.

These toner cartridges last 3 years in our use. Perfect.

I have used the product for a few years and it performs better than others do. I love the reusable feature too.

Not much to say about a toner cartridge, but I wouldn't buy anything other than HP. Many years ago, I bought 'other' replacment cartridges, but lived to regret it. They leaked inside my printer and made a mess. PLUS the company didn't stand behind them. I wasted SO much money (threw them ALL away). I ONLY buy HP. Besides, their service is OUTSTANDING...and delivery is SO fast! I only have good things to say about HP products.

Cartridge is good. I love the no shipping charges, overnight delivery!
