How to Reset the Ink Pad Counter (WIC Utility)
Even after replacing the physical pad, your printer may still show “ink pad full.” You’ll need to reset the internal counter using the WIC Reset Utility:
Steps:
Go to the official WIC Reset Utility website
Download and install the tool for Windows/macOS
Connect your printer via USB and power it on
The tool will detect your model
Select “Reset Waste Ink Counter”
Free Option: Use the FREE TRIAL RESET first – this allows one free reset per printer (great if you're only doing this once or occasionally).
Otherwise, full permanent resets require a reset key, available online for around $10.
Key Features:

Plastic casing ensures stability and prevents overflow
