All steel construction industry quality roller and bush chain separator. Designed for separating roller and bush chains that have end softened pins. To remove hardened pins the ends must first be removed by grinding. Simple to operate Grip the chain in the self-closing jaws that also support the chain to prevent twisting as the link pins are driven out. Then turn the T handle to drive the pins out. Always ensure that the machine is switched off before disconnecting or connecting a chain. Roller Chain Pin roller and bush assembly: - Bush Chain Identical to roller chain but with the omission of the roller. Model SCS1: - Chain 9.525 15.875mm 0.375 0.625 pitch to BS ANSI standard. Model LCS2: - Chain 19.05 31.75mm 0.75 1.25 pitch to BS standard. - Chain 19.05 25.40mm 0.75 1.00 pitch to ANSI standard.
