just got one and for the price it's my go to for my pestos, smoothies and soups

I bought 3 weeks ago … now it is not working for some reason

This is my second Kenwood Hand Held Blender. Excellent for any domestic kitchen. I use both of mine constantly. Highly recommend

Very useful BUT - the lid for the chopper unit and the chopper part itself is badly designed. The lid states 'do not immerse' but instructions state dishwasher friendly. When I made pesto I ran it thru the dishwasher and it is now full of water internally which i had to drill a hold in the lid to dry it out. The chopped is badly designed because the inside of the shaft filled up with pesto and being an oily mix it has also gone inside the plastic blade housing and now every time i use it pes...
