Just out of warranty and the glass exploded along the edges of the door. It wasn't being used at the time, it just shattered out of nowhere. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Safety hazard!

If a product is on promotion then you should know it has a problem. The defrost function is not that fantastic. Food get cooked before the time has expired, even if the weight of food are set precisely. The door do not close properly and after a view months the microwave stop after a few seconds and give the “door” warning.

Delighted with purchase. More than satisfactory for our needs. Decision to purchase after review of major competitors over 2 months. No regrets.

This Neochef looks small from the outside but have 42L space inside! It have user friendly and easy understandable controls. Inverter Cook, Inverter Defrost and Microwave settings. It have a UV light inside for browning and grilling and it Works! You can also do a combination setting: cooking and roasting the food. We noticed the crockery remains cold and the food heats up evenly. It really is a quality item. Microwave function heats up food super fast. The dual LED lights inside is fantastic...

Bigger than I had expected. It’s very beautiful & easy to use. Definitely recommend it.
