Excellent product. However makro offers the worst service. I would recommend to purchase this product elsewhere.

Excellent purchase and good performance in the price range. Has a very premium look and feel and power output makes heating faster than my previous microwave oven. The only draw back seems to be the fact that this is a middle eastern unit and the pre-defined settings for meals seem to be Eastern orientated and not what you may be used to if you previously owned a UK or western Europe product. The glass front also picks up fingerprint marks easily, which is very visible on the black.
