How to Use
Add food and required water (max 2/3 full, or 1/2 for foods that expand like beans or rice).
Check that the sealing ring is correctly fitted inside the lid.
Close and lock the lid securely. Ensure the pressure regulator/valve is in place.
Place the cooker on the stove and heat on medium-high to build pressure.
When the regulator starts releasing steam, reduce heat to medium or low and start timing your cooking.
After cooking, turn off the heat and release pressure using one of the methods below:
Natural Release: Let pressure drop on its own.
Cold Water Release: Run cold water over the lid (not over the valve).
Make sure all pressure is released.
Unlock and open the lid carefully, directing it away from your face.
Safety Tips
Never open the cooker while it is still under pressure.
Keep face and hands away from the steam release area.
Do not overfill the cooker.
Clean the pressure valve regularly to prevent blockage.
Replace the sealing ring if worn or damaged.
