Bought this 5 days ago. It arrived today. At first glance it looks stunning. Packaged super well and was not damaged in transit. However...the product itself is a massive disappointment for the price I paid. The lid is just a loose, flat piece of cloth-covered red hardboard that does not even fit snug onto the ottoman. It just sits loosely on top. The inside of the ottoman is a disgrace. It is as if a child got a staple gun and just stapled the material to the inside walls off the ottoman. St...
