The liquid forms a centrifugal vortex within the vanes, and fine, hollow mist particles are ejected from the nozzle orifices. It can be widely used for plant humidification and cooling, disinfection, dust suppression, landscaping, salt spray testing, and other artificial misting applications. The orifice size is 0.3 mm. This series of nozzles does not require compressed air. The system is simple, the spray pattern is fine, and the spraying is efficient, resulting in energy and water savings. The stainless steel spray plate is manufactured using an advanced forging and pressing process, giving it high durability. This nozzle can use tap water pressure for spraying; however, it is preferable to use a high-pressure water pump. Installation steps: 1. It is recommended to install the spray system at a height of 2.5 m to 3 m. 2. Connect the adapter to the tap. 3. Run the tap for 1 minute to clean the system and remove any impurities. 4. Screw the spray nozzles onto the T-fittings, except for the one at the end. 5. Run the tap for 2 minutes to clean the system and ensure it is thoroughly clean. 6. Turn off the water and install the last nozzle onto the fitting using the cap. 7. Secure the spray tube with the provided hose clamp. 8. Turn on the tap until the mister is working and enjoy the refreshing mist. 9. If the spray system will not be used for an extended period, close the nozzle and ensure it remains clean and dry.
