Useless product
Couch is uncomfortable, you can feel the wood planks(couch frames) when sitting. Couch is not cozy at all.

Good
The couch is beautiful, and I love the colour, but it was delivered with brown stains at the back and because I had bad experience with delivery so I am not taking it back sending complaints other than that I LOVE IT
