Compared to a shop refinish, this gets you at least 80% of the way there. Great for removing oxidation that reduces headlight visibility due to light scatter. If you have lots of scrathes or pits on your headlight, you might need a shop refinish or a kit with the sandpaper. But if you just have oxidation, this removes it simply and quickly. This is simply car wax marketed as a great headlight restoration product. You can waste six dollars on this product and try it on one headlight, Then try ordinary car wax on the other. There will be no difference, except the car wax will probably do a better job. I am very disappointed with this product.

Works perfectly on 8 year old headlights. It was easy and quick to use. I like how it doesn’t require useless and time-wasting pads with extra steps. I’ve tried other kits and even homemade solutions without any luck. It has a nice scent, and the price of this product can’t be beat.

If you dont want to do any sanding on your headlight to make it look new buy this. This was all mine needed. It removed the dingy tint and haze. AND....on an older car in a lot worse shape it still made it look a LOT better, it removed most of the haze even on that one.
