My husband had tried to clean some overspray off the glass over the gauges and completely scratched it. It looked like it had a haze it was so cloudy. After using the PlastX it was completely clear again!

My car had some minor fogging on the headlight assemblies. The PlastX cleared it up completely with minimal effort. I usually have good luck with Meguiar's products, and this one works.

Works excellent for headlamp plastic, and stove tops!

Been using this for several years finishing up with a protectant coat.
It works very well on my 300k mile headlamps; one clean every 4 to 6 months is usually enough. Turns the cloudy dimming headlamps into new looking ones. Completely recommended... as long as you're aware of its limitations and follow the instructions. Note that if you have it on the shelf for a while, shake it upside down vigorously to remix the contents which might tend to separate a little.

it cleared the yellow on my headlights

It works great if the haze isnt too advanced. Before using ,clean the headlights with water & paper towel to remove any debris & contaminents. Do this when the headlights are cold & away from the sun. Its a good idea to use paper masking tape to protect the paint.

Use a sponge or microfiber towel.

4 stars is a fair rating. We have to remember, that is only a temporary solution. The sun is the greatest enemy of headlights.

Worked for the cloudy areas but not for the more yellowed degraded areas. May have to use higher grit compound then work out with cleaner / polish.

Its the best product our there at a good price. i use ut mostly to clean my yellow headlights. its a temporary fixbut works well.
